Your goods should be posted the next working day after payment has cleared, subject to stock levels. Please note: 98% of our orders are posted the next working day after payment has cleared. Privacy Policy: We guarantee that you will be able to shop with complete confidence. Your credit card details will only be used to process your payment. The card details will then be disposed of safely. Your credit/debit card details have not and will never be stored or passed on by us. P & P charges We try our best to keep our postage and packing fees to a minimum. We send all parcels first class post. If you require next day delivery please choose this option when ordering. If your parcel does not arrive within a few days please let us know and we will do our best to recover it. However, the Royal Mail will not allow us to do this until the parcel has been missing for fifteen days. If you are in need of your order quickly we will also offer Special Delivery, this is charged at the current price from the Royal Mail. We are sorry but after your parecl has left us, unless it is Special Delivery, we are unable to trace it or hurry the delivery process. Refunds Policy If there is an error or damage to your purchase we will are happy to offer either an exchange or a full refund. However, we are sorry but if the error is yours we are unable to offer either. Please check your spelling, twice, before sending your order.
